SNATCHERS

Over the last number of seasons I have been fishing more and more different types of snatchers and they have been getting results for brown and rainbow trout. Here is two of my top snatchers that I always have in my box, I generally fish them on a slow glass, midge tip or floating line. Retrieved very slowly can be very effective.

Hook: 12-14 Kamasan. B100 or a similar shaped hook.
Thread: Black Twist tying thread.
Tag: no 4 Glo brite Silk.
Rib: Med sliver wire 
Body: Med dual mylar sliver and gold.
Body Hackle: Shiny Black cock hackle.
Head Hackle: Grizzle hackle dyed blue. 
Cheek: Small Jungle cock cheeks. 


Hook: 12-14 Kamasan. B100 or a similar shaped hook.

Thread: Black Twist tying thread.
Rib: Hends burnt orange med wire 
Body: Hends Black Blend dubbing.
Body Hackle: Black hen hackles 
Cheeks: Bright yellow Turkey biots cut to size.
Wing: Hends Spectra flash hair.
Head: Orange Hends spectra dubbing
